Chatsworth House, complete with farmyard adventure park for the children and Haddon Hall are close by, each making an excellent days outing. Horse riding nearby. Ideal for golfers. Shop 300 yards, pub and restaurant 200 yards.

  7. The cottage had many of the original 1920s features such as fire place, door fittings, all of good quality materials. The monthly Farmer’s market is very good, the property was quiet at night, despite being on the A6. April 2011.

  13. This property is in a fantastic location close to the centre of Bakewell. We received a very warm welcome from the caretaker and the property was clean with lots of welcoming touches. Aug 2007.

Very high standard of cleanliness and property is in an excellent quite situation, but also very close to all the local amenities. July 2007.
