Customer Comments

Selected comment(s) from customers who have enjoyed staying at this property:
  1. We loved this property - it was clean and welcoming with flowers and a pot of tea ready-to-go. The rooms were perfect and there was more space than we expected. Sept 2011.
  2. A beautiful old property (1733) with very thick walls. Very old fashioned but beautiful to step back in time! May 2010.
  3. The location was as tranquil as the property description suggested. The garden was delightful (indeed the photo hadn’t done it justice). Although the property is a snug old-fashioned cottage, it was more roomy than we had expected. Sept 2009.
  4. Beautiful cottage in lovely surrounding countryside. The tea and biscuits and freshly cut flowers on arrival made it even more special. The local pub is extremely welcoming and the food is excellent. The local villagers are also very helpful and hospitable. Can’t wait to return! Oct 2008.
  5. Charming 18th cottage with a delightful and very private garden. March 2007.
  6. It was my father’s first visit to the UK in a real English cottage and he loved it very much. The village and surrounding area are gorgeous and makes it the ideal place relax and as it is close to the M6, it makes it easy to travel around. April 2007.
