Overlooking the Quay heading and Marina, where luxurious yachts and cruisers are moored, this penthouse holiday apartment is furnished to a good standard. Step outside and stroll through this picturesque nautical setting, take a boat trip round the harbour, visit the Sea Life Centre, shop in the numerous boutiques in the Lanes, have a quiet drink on the waterside or dine at one of the many restaurants. Excellent walks along the promenade path to Hove, and golf close by.
Lively Brighton, 1½ miles, has a host of attractions suitable for all the family, including the elegant Royal Pavilion and museum. Meander through the town - there is entertainment stretching along the beach as well as many water sports. Newhaven is also nearby, offering regular ferry trips to Dieppe.
A short drive away is Arundel, which has the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust Centre, a beautiful cathedral and a castle. There are many NT homes and gardens to visit, all within easy reach, or if you prefer, there are scenic walks along the South Downs.Shop 200 yards, pub 50 yards.

  1. The property was furnished to a high standard very comfortable. The Marina was an ejoyable place lots of places to eat. Walking into Brighton was very easy as it was all flat and took approx 40 mins. We had taken my elderly mother who is in a wheelchair and getting about was very easy. I would certainly recommend this property. July 2012.
  2. Excellent location. You can leave the car and walk to all the facilities, supermarket, extensive choice of restaurants around the Marina. Walk along the beach to Brighton Pier and to the numerous shops within the ’Lanes’. April 2012.
  3. This is a fantastic location. The fixtures were very basic though and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. I would not stay there again unless some updates were made. Nov 2011.
  4. A comfortable apartment with a good view over the marina and everything you could want in terms of kitchen stuff and comfy beds etc. We enjoyed our 3 days and would stay there again. Oct 2011.

  11. My wife is a wheelchair user. The access was excellent - also the aspect of the apartment overlooking the Marina. It meant that, even if we were not able to go out, we still felt as if we were somewhere special. July 2009.

  13. I have hired this property regularly for several years now and always found it satisfactory. There have been a lot of improvements in furniture etc. of recent years and it is now really good. The caretaker very helpful and always has it spotless. Over all, excellent. April 2009.
  14. The Marina is a great location - a regular bus service runs into Brighton day and night and it’s great to have so many restaurants and other amenities on your doorstep. Aug 2008.
