Property Description

Marina Court is a ground floor holiday apartment located within walking distance of Portreath’s famous surfing beach. Portreath is set in a steep valley with shops, a bakery and two pubs serving good food. There is a designated cycle trail across to Devoran on the south coast. Tehidy woodlands and country park is a mile away providing cycle paths, bridle ways and miles of pathways, lakes with wildlife, perfect for birdwatchers, leading through to the cliff tops and coastal paths. A scenic coastal rail service runs from St Erth direct to St Ives. Within walking distance of facilities including an on site spa and indoor swimming pool. Shop, pub and restaurant 0.25 miles.

All on ground floor: Living/dining room. Kitchen with tiled floor. 2 double bedrooms, one (4ft) accessed from one side only, one with wooden floor. Shower room with toilet.

Electric heaters, bed linen and towels included. First £10 electricity included, remainder by meter reading. Travel cot and high chair on request. DVD. Electric cooker. Microwave. Fridge/freezer. Patio and furniture. Parking (2 cars). No smoking. Easy walking access.

  1. Excellent accommodation, very clean and very comfortable. Owners made us feel very welcome when they met us. Location was wonderful, all of Cornwall was accessible and didn’t take very long to get to anywhere. Local village was lovely and very friendly.The food at the Bassett Arms in Portreath was absolutely brilliant and dog friendly. June 2012.
  2. A good location for St.Ives, Hayle, Penzance & Lands End. The park & train service to St.Ives is a good idea. Hayle beach is beautiful & Lands End is only about 40 minutes by car with Penzance on the way. The flat had everything we needed & was very comfortable. April 2012.

If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately..
