These two detached Colonial style houses with their shady verandas offer cosy accommodation, neighbouring a working farm. Being light and with spacious interiors and exposed beams, these houses are suitable for wheelchair users with extra wide doors and a downstairs shower room in each property. A shared children’s play area including swings, slide and a large garden to play is available. Explore the countryside or visit the amazing Opal Coast with miles of sandy beaches to enjoy. Visit St Omer with its cathedral and churches or walk the ramparts at the historic town of Montreuil-sur-Mer. W12799 has table football. Restaurant lovers will enjoy the variety of traditional and modern cuisine available in the region and if you don’t fancy venturing too far away there is a nice restaurant just 500 m from the properties.

Oil central heating, woodburner in lounge, cot, highchair, 2 colour satellite TVs, 2 DVD players, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, shared lawned garden, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, off road parking for 3 cars. One pet welcome.

  1. The cottage was perfect. ,everything you need was there and the lady owner although she can’t speak much English is very friendly and helpful. We stayed there over Christmas and the weather was appalling but we didn’t mind as the fire was roaring and the local shop has everything you need to stay in and make tasty meals. The kids loved playing inside and outside in the little playground. We are planning to go back there in the summer months and will definitely recommend this little gem to our friends and family.   11. A well appointed, clean and welcoming Gite. Very helpful owner who answered a number of queries on arrival, (although she does not speak English), extensive grounds for children although one of the swings was broken. A great base for touring the local area, very quiet with interesting animals, such as the peacock dropping by to say hello. March 2010.

  13. The pictures do not do this property justice. This is the best gite we have ever stayed in. Spotlessly clean, had everything you could want - even sharp knives and good quality saucepans. The setting is gorgeous and even in bad weather this house can be enjoyed. May 2009.
