Tucked in a peaceful cul-de-sac close to the banks of the River Coquet, in the heart of the picturesque small town of Rothbury, Maltings Cottage is a cosy and comfortable base from which to explore the Northumberland National Park. This stone-built town house enjoys a lovely, homely ambience and is tastefully furnished throughout. A patio door leads from the bright and airy living space to a fully enclosed patio garden; idyllic to dine alfresco after a day exploring the stunning vistas that surround Maltings Cottage. The contemporary dining kitchen is well equipped and there is also a cloakroom on the ground floor. The immaculately presented three bedrooms and family bathroom are on the first floor.

Ground Floor: The property has gas central heating and comprises:
Lounge/diner: with flat screen, freesat TV, DVD, radio/CD and glass doors leading to fully enclosed patio garden with outdoor furniture.
Kitchen/diner: with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine
Cloakroom: with WC and wash basin

First Floor: Bedroom 1: with double bed, wall-mounted flat screen TV, wardrobe and views towards the hills
Bedroom 2: with double bed (access one side only)

If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately..
