Boat trips are available to see the basking seal colony. RSPB and nature reserves just a short drive. Sailing, fishing, walking and bird watching available locally. Holkham Hall and beach 2 miles. Shops and pubs ¼ mile.

Second floor: Twin bedroom with low sloping ceiling. Feature walkway with glass roof leading to galleried study area with sofa bed (for alternative sleeping only), low sloping ceilings and curtain privacy screening. Most rooms with beams.

This is a lovely property, we stayed in February, when the weather was terrible and it was so warm and cosy and then returned again for the hottest temperatures in September and October and the barn was light,airy and welcoming. We have loved staying here, it is quietly tucked away, but so near to the quay, the beach and the town. We have recommended the property to friends and they have booked for a holiday soon. We hope to stay again in the future as this great property has everything you need for a lovely holiday. Sept 2011.

  14. This was the best holiday let we’ve ever had. Modern, stylish and comfortable: a genuine "Grand Design"! There was wine & flowers on the table to greet us and the owner was friendly and welcoming. MB has been renovated with great attention to detail, all fittings & fixtures are of high quality (such as John Lewis) and it would be true to say that this place is actually 5*.
