1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

This pair of semi detached holiday cottages is set in a rural location on the fringe of a working farm with horses and sheep. Stabling and grazing are available together with BHSI tuition, by direct arrangement with the owner. Conveniently placed for exploring the bustling town of Blackpool. The Southern Lakes and Trough of Bowland are a little further afield and offer spectacular scenery. Shop and pub 11/2 miles.

Ground floor: Living/dining room with patio doors and oak laminate floor. Kitchen with tiled floor. 1 single bedroom with en-suite wet room and toilet. Separate toilet. First floor: 3 bedrooms: 1 double (5ft) with en-suite shower room and toilet, 1 double, 1 single. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.

Both properties: Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Electric cooker. Microwave. Washing machine. Slimline dishwasher. Lawned garden with patio and furniture. Stabling and grazing by arrangement with owner. Parking (3 cars). No smoking. NB: Pond in grounds.

  2. This was an ideal location to be near all local attractions, but far enough out to be rural and quite. The property is tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard, and had plenty of room it really is a home from home! I felt safe letting my 3 year old son out into the garden, although it could benefit from a fence to restrict his exploring! I would have no qualms about recommending this property to friends and family, and hope to visit it again soon. June 2011.

  8. Well presented and modern in a beautiful setting easy to get to, although felt away from it all. The dogs loved it. Great having en-suite and 4 toilets! Dec 2009.
  9. The cottage was lovely and even though it was on a working farm and was warm and cosy. Could have done with a DVD player for the winter nights or if bad weather but we had taken a portable one with us so we were fine. There were 6 of us and we found that there was plenty of room for us all (bit short on storage space in some of the bedrooms as small double has no wardrobe, only 2 small side tables with 2 drawers and the single upstairs only has a wardrobe and no chest of drawers.   14. Fantastic place to stay. The downstairs bedroom with wet room was ideal for my mother in law who came with us as she had her own space and as she is disabled she had no stairs to climb. The children enjoyed watching the farmer doing his jobs. Aug 2008.
