1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

They are ideally located for a holiday exploring both the North Yorkshire Moors National Park and the glorious Heritage coast of Yorkshire, including Whitby and its 3-mile stretch of sandy beach. Cycle tracks to suit all ages can be found in Dalby Forest, together with picnic areas with built-in barbecues, children’s play areas and ‘Go Ape’. The market towns of Malton, Kirkby Moorside and Pickering all warrant a visit; the steam train from the latter chugs on to Grosmont and Goathland. Shop 300 yards, pub 1 mile.

  1. Low Horcum view is without doubt one of the best cottages we have stayed in. The views from the large French doors are wonderful, the underfloor heating is great on chilly days and the owner is delightfully friendly. It’s a good place for local walks on the moors and Pickering close by is a lovely little town with nice shops. We would definitely recommend it, and will be going back someday ourselves. Oct 2012.

  4. We were the first ever visitors to this cottage. It’s in a great location and well equipped. The decor and furnishings are excellent and very comfortable. The underfloor heating gives a pleasant warmth throughout the property and was a bonus returning from very wet, very cold walks and bike rides. The owner was very friendly and has plans to further develop facilities available at the cottage. Having stayed in many cottages over the years, this one is certainly amongst the best we have experienced and we will return without hesitation. April 2012.
