Only minutes to Alnwick, with its majestic castle and cobbled streets, nearby Warkworth and Newton-by-the-sea, and Bamburgh, further up the coast, with its lovely beaches and castles. Shops 400 yards, restaurant and pubs 300 yards.

2 steps to entrance. Ground floor: 1 double bedroom (6ft zip and link, can be twin) with patio doors. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet. First floor: Living room with double sofa bed/dining room/kitchen with wooden floor.

Gas central heating (underfloor in bathroom), electricity, bed linen and towels included. Two Freeview TVs. DVDs. Electric cooker. Microwave. Washing machine. Tumble dryer. Dishwasher. Wi-fi. Terrace with sitting-out area and furniture. Parking (1 car). No smoking.

If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately..
