Property Description

This delightful single story annexe is attached to the owners home, and has its own sitting out area as well as shared garden. Having been refurbished throughout, this holiday home offers a well presented, comfortable and peaceful retreat for couples. Located along a quiet residential road, it is conveniently placed; the sandy beach is less than 5 minutes walk, for keen cyclists and walkers there are plenty of scenic routes, including the Billie Trail, which is the old Billie steam railway track. Also nearby is a nature reserve, golf course, sailing club, a variety of restaurants, as well as cafes, shops amusements, leisure facilities and pubs. Hayling Island is also renowned for its watersports. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.

  7. Lovely quiet location, the annexe was a home from home, spacious for two people and very clean and cosy. One of the nicest places I`ve stopped. The Annexe backs onto the owners garden, which is very elegant and well maintained. Many wildlife make regular visits to the garden. Cannot fault at all. Will be back for sure. Aug 2011.
  8. Wonderful holiday accommodation, spotlessly clean with everything you could ever need. We were made to feel so welcome by the owners and every place we visited recommended in their literature was fabulous, especially the Thai restaurant! Although it is a very quiet area there are lovely places to walk to such as the Marina, along the beach or to the ice cream parlour and some great places to eat. Aug 2011.

  11. This was the best, most comfortable cottage we have ever holidayed in. This was our first experience of renting a property attached to the owner and we were rather apprehensive, but this soon diminished with the delightful welcome we received, and the care and friendliness from the owners Ray & Trinka. Trinka’s shortbreads are to die for. Ideal area for anyone with walking difficulties as it is flat and only a few minutes to the sea and amenities. West Town Hotel is a superb pub and restaurant within walking distance, with beautiful home cooked meals at reasonable prices. We loved it all. June 2011.
  12. The annexe is set in a quiet road, a short walk from the beach and local shops. We enjoyed walking along the coast and visiting the local pubs for a meal or snack. We took a day trip on the Hovercraft to the Isle of Wight. Cycle hire is available and a cycle path takes you along the coast, we did a round route back along the lanes. Very relaxing stay, sunny evening were spent sat in the lively garden. June 2011.
  13. A clean and well equipped property. Whilst working in the area it was lovely to come ’home’ and relax, it took all the stresses away. A wonderful location that is comfortable, relaxing and welcoming. I will be back, as the saying goes. March 2011.

If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately..
