Within the walls of the elegant Georgian town of Berwick- upon-Tweed this Grade 2 listed building provides spacious holiday accommodation over four floors. Due to its history and age the property is naturally quirky with some exposed floorboards, stone work and original beams and has been graded at 3* standard by Quality in Tourism. Lily House is located in a residential street within the heart of the town and where shops, tea rooms and restaurants are all within walking distance or enjoy a gentle stroll along the shore-line - the beach is a mere 350 yards away!

Ground Floor: Property is spread over four floors has gas central heating and comprises:
Kitchen: With gas oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine
Dining Room:

First Floor: Lounge 1: With open fire and TV
Lounge 2: Another spacious living space with open fire.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, WC and wash basin.

Second Floor: Bedroom 1: With king size bed.
Bedroom 2: With king size bed.
A staircase with some limited height space leads to the former servants quaters providing....

Third Floor: Bedroom 3: With double bed and exposed stonework and beams giving limited height space.
This leads to another bedroom with double bed with exposed beams giving limited height space. Please note there is no independent access to bedroom 4 and can only be reached via bedroom 3.

All gas, electricity, bed linen and towels included. First basket of fuel for open fire provided.Enclosed garden to rear. Permit parking for 2 cars.  2 dogs or cats welcome.
