Les Jasmins is set in immaculate lawned gardens of mature pines, oleander, sweet-smelling lavender and jasmine and there are views to the distant Esterel and Maures Mountains. In a quiet residential location, it is immaculately equipped and maintained with an open-plan living room which has extensive sliding patio doors opening onto the covered terrace and poolside. The property is within walking distance of this ’perched’ village, at an altitude of 400m, parts of which date back to the 11th and 12th centuries. In summer there are musical evenings in the square and just a short drive away is the Lac de St. Cassien, its nature reserve and the beautiful River Siagne. The coast at Cannes and St. Raphaël and the amazing Grand Canyon de Verdon are also very close by. Golf is 10km away.

Location: 1.5km N of Montauroux (shops, bars, tennis, restaurants, cinema), 5km N of Lac de St. Cassien (sailing, windsurfing, pedalo, fishing), 32km NW of Cannes (beaches, fireworks, old town, designer shops), 28km W of Grasse (perfumeries, old town, golf).

  1. In a beautiful setting 5 minutes from Montaroux town centre. Easy to get to from Nice Airport. The Villa is fantastic, the pool was great and the whole family enjoyed our stay. We brought a weeks worth of Dvd’s to watch in the evening and didn’t notice that there was no English TV. The simple BBQ was easy to use and clean and the local supermarkets had everything at a similar price you pay in the UK. We went to Cannes, Saint Tropez, Monaco and Nice and found the location was central to all of these. The local towns Montaroux and Callian are worth walking round and we found them very picturesque We would book this villa again. Sept 2012.
  2. Lovely quiet location but easy access to centre of village. Spectacular views as mountain top village. Roads not for the faint hearted! Huge swimming pool! Villa well appointed and comfortable for a family of 6. Villa has everything required. Far exceeded our expectations! Sept 2011.

  5. The general administration from the holiday agent was good. The property itself has all the characteristics of a good holiday villa, especially the downstairs living area and the gardens/pool. June 2009.
  6. The position was good, quiet most of the time, pleasant surroundings and within walking distance of the village. The two downstairs bedrooms were not really suitable for families with very young children with cots. The living area was very good, spacious and practical. Outside, the pool area was about the best we have experienced and there are plenty of shaded areas for a quieter moment if required. June 2009.
  7. The whole family enjoyed a thoroughly relaxing and worthwhile holiday which was both private and sociable being so near, but not too near Mountauroux. July 2009.
