Walking, horse-riding, golf and fishing are all nearby, in and around the forest.

  1. We couldn’t fault it. Property was large, spotlessly clean, five en-suite bathrooms, wow!! Fresh flowers in the rooms, lots of little touches which make for an excellent holiday. Friendly helpful owners. Set in the owners grounds in a small village but only 5 mins drive to a large supermarket & mall. Railway Station just a 10 mins drive. The train to Paris took approx 30 mins. We also drove to Disneyland, Paris about 90 mins. Lovely countryside, lots of walks in the forest and surrounding areas. We would thoroughly recommend this property. April 2012.

The house was perfect, it was very spacious, it was beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean, all the bedrooms had en-suite facilities, it was very well equipped, the garden was perfect for kids, the owners live within the site of the house, they were extremely helpful but didn’t bother you unless you went to them. There is a large supermarket 5 minutes away and the small town of Rambouilet is about 10 minutes. Aug 2009.
  5. This was my perfect holiday home. The garden was flat and enclosed, safe for children. The property was conveniently located for access to motorways, buses and the train station. The owners live on-site and are friendly and welcoming without being intrusive. Everywhere is spotless. The house is very well equipped. I loved this house. June 2009.
  6. The accommodation was fantastic - in fact, the description probably did not do it justice! The owners were extremely friendly and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was of an extremely high standard, the facilities were very clean and well-presented, and the location was ideal for so many different activities. I would highly recommend this property. May 2009.
  7. This property was everything you could want for a peaceful holiday. The garden was completely enclosed making it safe for the children, the house was beautiful and very well equipped. The five en-suites allowed us the privacy and convenience of a hotel with the freedom of self catering. The house was spotless and the owner had placed vases of fresh flowers in most rooms - a very nice and thoughtful touch. The modern furnishings were tasteful and inviting. The owners were welcoming, friendly and very helpful without being intrusive. The downstairs bedroom has wider doors and a huge wetroom to accommodate a wheelchair. There are lovely walks through the forest nearby and the town of Ramboullet is a short bus ride away. I would recommend this property without hesitation. June 2009.
  8. The accommodation was superb, we have used your company on many occasions and this was the best, the owners of the property were available but not intrusive and the property was lovely, light, airy, well furnished and clean. July 2008.
