1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

Leagarth (ref 26361) is a single-storey detached holiday property which has been converted to a very good standard and tastefully furnished with an internal games area. Close to the ancient Cinque Port town of Rye with its cobbled streets, tea rooms and art galleries and ideally based for exploring the East Sussex and Kent countryside. A walker’s paradise - enjoy the farm’s extensive footpath network, see the lambs and apple blossom in the Spring or venture to Camber Castle, Bodiam Castle and Battle Abbey, just a short drive away. If gardens are your passion, then Pashley Manor, Great Dixter and Bedgebury Pinetum are all worth visiting. Fishing, private beauty treatments and local health centre/swimming pool day passes are available by arrangement. Golf, horse riding and sailing close by. Beaches at Winchelsea, 3 miles and golden undulating sand dunes at Camber, 6 miles. Rye railway station provides access to London 13/4 hours. Shops 2 miles, pubs 500 yards.

  5. The property was a detached 3 bedroomed bungalow and was exceptional in every way. It was situated on a working sheep farm and the views all around were beautiful. The bungalow was spacious, the decor excellent, kitchen well equipped and everywhere spotlessly clean and fresh. We could not fault anything at all (apart from the weather) and the hosts were friendly and available when needed. All in all, everything you need for a restful holiday in glorious surroundings. Would love to go back sometime in the future. Thank you. May 2012.
  6. Good location with lovely views. Close to most places of interest - Rye less than 10mins, Battle 30mins, Bodium 20mins, Winchelsea 10mins - all well worth a visit and steeped in history. Bungalow was very spacious and comfortable and very well equipped. Surrounded by beautiful countryside and views, orchards and woolly four legged friends! The owners were very friendly and accommodating. Added bonus of a fully enclosed garden great for dogs and children. Be aware that the only supermarkets around are Jempsons (Peasmarsh & Rye) which although well stocked, are a little pricey. Pubs that allow dogs on leads close by: Hare & Hounds & The Cock Inn.   7. This is a very comfortable and well equipped cottage. We enjoyed are stay here and would recommend it to friend for a trip to the area. April 2011.
  8. We received a very warm welcome from the owners Jesse and Penny. The cottage was absolutely superb, very well equipped, a real home from home. Everything we could have possibly needed was there and we found the beds and furnishings very comfortable. The cottage is situated on a working farm and we enjoyed seeing the new born lambs. We would recommend Leagarth and will certainly return. April 2011.
