On the edge of the charming village of Le Thor, this extremely well appointed detached villa in the heart of Provence is ideal for a large family or two families holidaying together to enjoy all the region has to offer. The property stands in its own large enclosed private grounds abundant with olive trees, a French boules court, children area with swings and table tennis and 9 m x 4 m private swimming pool. There is also a play room with table football and darts.

Shops are easily reached on foot and for those who wish to go further afield, the area has much to offer. For example the city of Avignon with its well known "bridge" and "Palais des Papes" is only 15km away.

Also close by is the famous Chateauneuf-du-Pape with its excellent wines. Isle-sur-la-Sorgue is very popular for both visitors and locals. 10km away from Le Thor is the legendary "Fontaine de Vaucluse." This is a sight to behold also having its own intriguing legend! After an interesting day out, relax in your villa reflecting on your days adventure.

Ground floor: Lounge, kitchen/diner, utility, play room, toilet and basin. First floor: Shower room with 2 basins, separate toilet, basin, 4 bedrooms: 2 kingsize, 1 with en-suite bathroom with separate shower, toilet and 2 basins, 1 twin, 1 childs bunk, childs sofa bed in play room.

Electric heating, all fuel and power included in rent June to September, €40 supplement October to May, cot, highchair, colour TV, DVD player, radio/CD player, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, enclosed lawned garden, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, ample off road parking. Sorry, no pets. No smoking please.

  2. This is the fifth year we have gone to this villa at Le Thor. Everything perfect, location, cleanliness, comfort, value for money etc, some years we have been twice a year. This year, we are going again. April 2012.
  3. Because it is spacious and clean we like this property and we have booked to go there again in 2011, 1st 2 weeks in May 2011 and last 2 weeks in September 2011. My sister will be going there in June 2011, and we’ll join her party too. We have started to go there since Sept. 2007. Oct 2010.
  4. The property is a modern house of generous proportions and very well equipped with all the mod cons and accessories that you need to make a holiday relaxing. It has been tastefully decorated to provide a sense of provencal charm. July 2010.
  5. It has everything to make us feel good and comfortable. This is the 2nd time we went there, and we shall go again next yr, as soon as we receive your 2010 brochure, we’ll book. Sept 2009.

  8. 5 of us stayed at the property. We found it to be clean, spacious, and within walking distance to a lovely little town with restaurants and shops. We loved the fact it had table tennis, a good pool (though a bit deep if you are bringing small children), table football and its own boules piste! It was nice to have a lawn - although the many sprinklers meant we had to wait until a certain time in the evening before we could use the BBQ (one was aimed directly at it!). Very good location for visitng the sights of the area. June 2009.
  9. House & facilities excellent, perfect for all age groups, children loved games room, boules pitch and especially pool. Only problem was tearing them away from swimming to visit all the wonderful places within easy reach, especially Fontaine de Vaucluse. June 2008.

  12. This property is undersold in your brochure. It is probably the best accommodation that we have ever rented. Everything that you could possibly want was available - all you needed to do was add food and wine and enjoy. Among our party was a professional chef and he was lacking nothing to practice his craft in what was a first class kitchen with excellent sources of ingredients within walking distance. Sept 2007.

If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately..
