This very attractively decorated, fourth floor apartment has exceptional sea views, looking out into the distance to the Isle of Groix, from its top floor vantage point.

The beach at Le Pouldu is at the foot of the apartment block and the property has a private staircase access and lift. Once accessed via the lift, there is a bedroom and bathroom on the same floor. The seating area of this apartment affords beautiful views from full length windows.

There is a well equipped kitchenette, dining area and bedroom, also with sea views. Locally there are footpaths, cycle tracks and beaches, as well as the river and forest to explore. There are seasonal shops which open from April to September, only 22 yards (20m) away.

Shop and café/bar 30m, restaurant 40m, beach 10m.

Fourth floor: Lounge/kitchen/diner, shower room with toilet and basin, 1 kingsize bedroom, 1 single bed on mezzanine.

Electric heating, colour TV, DVD player, stereo/CD player, wi-fi, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, balcony, off road parking for 1 car. Sorry, no pets. NB: Ladder-style stairs to mezzanine.

The apartment was exceptional in every aspect, everything one could need is supplied, even recipes for local dishes! She even had the most delicious cakes in the fridge to welcome us. Myriam advised us on places to eat and walking paths to take. The walks along the coast were absolutely beautiful. We can’t wait to return. June 2012.

  7. Fantastic little apartment - perfect for a couple, fully equipped with everything you could want. Overlooking a superb little cove and beach, with direct private access from the car park of the apartment block. Several bars and cafes within close proximity, and towns and villages nearby for shopping. Very peaceful and amazing views from the flat. Would definitely recommend. June 2011.
  8. Although an apartment, don’t be put off. It sleeps 2 comfortably, and would be suitable for a familly of 4(just). The owner takes great pride in the cleanliness, equipment and facilities provided. It is a gem, with great views and a great place for walking. It would be busy in July/ August, but in May, with excellent weather it was perfect. Higjly recommended for a couple. May 2011.

  15. Ideal for access to quiet sandy coves (7)and sea views. Well located for visits to medieval cities ( Vannes and Quimper) as well as Pont-Aven & Concarneau. Easy 3.5 hour drive from Cherbourg/Caen. June 2009.
  16. This is an attractive and quiet location in June/early July - may not be so in 2nd half July and August as it is predominantly a campsite and holiday home area. However it is definitely quieter than major beaches to the north and south such as Benodet, Larmor Plage and Carnac and much prettier. June 2009.

  18. We have never had such a lovely welcome from an owner. The flat was lovely, as you describe it in your brochure. We very much appreciated the clarity of the instructions for all the electrical equipment and the standard of equipment and furnishings throughout the flat. We walked all the lovely walks in the area, we sat on the beach in the sunshine, we enjoyed the sea views from the window we went to bed each night happily tired and slept like logs. What a lovely holiday, we will go back. Oct 2008.

  20. Ideally situated by the beach. The apartment was excellent. The bedroom was small and a sloping ceiling. But this did not really distract. There seemed to be no shortage of equipment through out. This must be the best apartment that I have stayed at. Owner should be really proud. July 2010.
