1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

Property Description

Beautifully perched overlooking panoramic views of Loch Long and magnificent mountains within Scotland’s first National Park, this is an ideal holiday base for touring Argyll or to chill out and enjoy privacy and tranquillity. There is an abundance of wildlife and a fantastic range of outdoor leisure activities including sailing, fishing, windsurfing, fast speed RIB boat tours, quad bikes, clay shooting and much more. A nine mile loch side drive takes you to Dunoon, which has a good selection of shops, restaurants, a cinema and swimming pools. Local village shops, hotel, pub and restaurant are within 2 miles. A pool table is available for guests on site.

Ground floor: Living room with patio door/dining room/kitchen. 1 double bedroom. Shower room with toilet. First floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 double with additional single, 1 single.

Woodburner in living room (initial fuel included). Economy 7 central heating, electricity and bed linen included. Cot. High chair. Electric cooker. Microwave. Large shared lawns with decking, sitting-out area and furniture. Barbecue. Parking (3 cars). Pool table on site. NB: There is an unfenced water feature in the grounds.

  2. Beautiful views, quiet undiscovered part of Argyll. Kilbride Bay past Kames White sand is so beautiful, it could be on islands views. Cottage fire cosy, farm eggs on arrival. Lovely decking to sit out on, a pleasure. All in all very good. June 2011.

  5. Facilities on farm fantastic. Clay pigeon shooting, quad biking, and archery on site. Plenty of fantastic views and local pub food great. Pet llama on site great idea. You can purchase free range eggs on site value of money. Owners very friendly and eager to assist with anything. Feb 2009.
