The beautifully furnished second floor holiday apartment, with wi-fi, is accessed by lift or period staircase and offers stunning sea views from its living room and second bedroom. Set in mature, landscaped grounds, there are tennis courts a few yards away, a golf club within 10 minutes’ walk, and the beach is reached in just 2 minutes. The former fishing village of Mumbles is a short walk, with an array of quality restaurants and pubs, wine bars, ice cream parlours and shops. Walk along the coastal path to Caswell Bay or Limeslade Bay, or sit and enjoy beautiful Langland Bay. Shop and pub ¾ mile.

  20. It was stylish and well equipped. Everything was to a high standard and of good quality. A great deal of thought had gone into decorating and furnishing the apartment. It was good for two couples sharing as the bedrooms were of equal appeal and both had ensuite facilities. The car parking arrangement are good for 2 cars. It is ideal for out of season holidays as it is warm and comfortable. Oct 2009.

If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately..
