Set amongst open countryside, they have been renovated to a high standard and offer inviting holiday accommodation - perfect for exploring the surrounding area. Fronted by an attractive courtyard with a barbecue and picnic area and two paddocks that are perfect for walking the dogs, visitors will find plenty of space to relax and unwind.
The apartments offer an ideal base for touring both Devon and Cornwall, and are within easy reach of the A30. Located centrally between north and south coasts, it is not more than a 25-minute drive from a selection of good sandy beaches ideal for rock pooling, surfing and dog walking. Boscastle and Tintagel, the small sandy cove of Trebarwith Strand and Crackington Haven, as well as some of the most spectacular coastal walks in the area can be found nearby. Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor are within easy reach as are several magnificent National Trust houses and gardens. The popular Eden Project is also easily accessible. Historic Launceston
(1 mile), once the capital of Cornwall, offers a medieval castle, a selection of shops and a steam railway. There are two excellent golf courses within a short distance and a selection of horseriding schools nearby. Shops 1½ miles and a selection of local pubs offering excellent food; nearest approximately 1 mile.

  1. An immaculately presented property furnished with real style and very well equipped. The bed was large and comfortable and the Jacuzzi and wood burning stove nice touches. The owners were delightful and very helpful. We would thoroughly recommend this cottage if you are looking for a quiet spot in which to relax and enjoy the area’s natural beauty. March 2012.
  2. The accommodation was much better than expected. The photographs did not do justice to the size, cleanliness and high standard of fixtures and fittings. The surrounding area was beautiful, if a little isolated, it was just over a mile to Launceston and a little more to the nearest pub in the other direction. Bodmin Moor was an easy drive and the owners David and Fiona were very helpful with directions and very approachable throughout the stay with any queries. We will certainly be returning next year.   6. The cottage was truely lovely and decor and furnishings were done to a high standard. The field for the dog walking was great as it meant our dog could run to his hearts content and we knew he was ok!a fantastic set up overall and we would love to go back. May 2011.
  7. Lovely property, friendly hosts and excellent location. Quiet and cosy, well worth the effort to visit! Plenty to do in the surrounding area too: Lydford Gorge and Lanhydrock House are two favourites along with all the usual tourist traps: Tintagel, Boscastle, Mevagissey, Polperro and Padstow.   8. Lovely cottage and owners were very friendly and helpful. Very clean and well equipped, shower was wonderful and log burner made cottage very cosy! Field next to property for exercising the dog. Local pub called the White Horse was only a 15 min walk was very welcoming, nice food and allowed the dog. March 2011.

  10. The open plan and small but comfortable cottage was fantastic. All being on one level was great and the lounge was brilliant with the wood burner to sit back and relax in the evenings with the rain and wind howling outside.
