This 2 bedroom semi-detached house is part of an historic building dating back to the war of the Vendée. It is a typical French home and sits very conveniently just behind the town hall in the village centre.

There is a large, peaceful, mature garden, and in addition to all the village facilities on your doorstep, you are perfectly located for the lovely sandy Vendée beaches within 18km, including the bustling resort of Les Sables d’Olonne famous for the yacht race which bears its name.

You could also catch a trip to one of the protected islands just off the coast.

Shop, café/bar and restaurant 300m, beach 18km.

All on ground floor: Lounge/diner, kitchen, shower room with toilet and basin, 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin.

Gas central heating, cot, highchair, colour TV, DVD player, wi-fi, washing machine, microwave, shared lawned garden, garden furniture, barbecue, off road parking for 1 car. Sorry, no pets.

  1. There were two main supermarkets within the village that you could name; Lidl and Super U and two very good independent patisserie !! Aug 2011.
  2. This property was very nice indeed as were the owners, it was extremely quiet and private. Unfortunately there is not a lot to do in the village but the beaches and cities are only 20/30 minutes drive away. July 2011.

  4. This is a beautiful property of considerable age, with very high ceilings, enormous windows and beams on the ceilings. The garden is also beautiful. You feel like you are walking into a different age, it feels like a calm sanctuary. July 2010.

  7. It was exceptionally clean and in the main very spacious. The garden was beautiful. Also the bathroom was good with great water pressure in the huge shower. Sept 2009.

  9. Although the photo of the building was accurate, it does not really do justice to the property. The peacefulness and seclusion of the walled garden could be even further emphasized. The property exceeded our expectations. Aug 2008.
