1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

This comfortable converted apartment forms part of a former barn, now the owner’s home, in the conservation village of Stanley. There are super walks from the door with 18-hole golf course (pay as you play) and horse riding school within a mile. Ideally suited for Staffordshire Moorlands, Peak District National Park, Trentham Gardens, Ceramica, Stoke Potteries, Cheddleton Railway Centre, Coombes Valley Reserve, Bridgemere, Biddulph Grange Gardens (NT) and Alton Towers all an easy drive away. Leek is just 5 miles whilst Ashbourne and Buxton are both within 12 miles. The perfect holiday destination. Shop 3/4 mile, pub 300 yards.

All on first floor: Living/dining room. Kitchen. Step up to 1 double bedroom with beams. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.

Electricity by £1 meter. NSH, bed linen and towels included. Video. Stereo/CD. 2 ring electricity hob. Combi microwave/oven/grill. Parking (1 car). No smoking. No children.

  1. Property was excellent and very warm and homely. The couple that we rented from were very friendly and helpful. Great location, and close enough to go into City Centres within 15minutes. The hot water does take a while to warm up once you have used the hot water for a shower, but that is just nit picking on what was a brilliant weekend getaway. Nice pub just 300 yards from the property which we ate from twice, which were both very good meals and friendly atmosphere. Emma bridgewater pottery makers is a good place to visit, you can paint your own mug, plate or other item, which gives you something to remember your stay as they send it to your house address the following week. March 2011.
  2. Ideal for our use, only improvements I could make would be a welcome pack on arrival, (when people have traveled a long way it is nice to be able to have a biscuit and a brew on arrival without having to search for a shop in an area unknown to them.) June 2010.
