1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

Property Description

With a cathedral ceiling and an extensive use of glass in the main rooms, and with doors opening onto a surrounding patio, the superb sea views across Dingle Bay are maximised. Being just 300 yards from a sandy beach and in an area offering many activities within a short distance, this is a delightful holiday destination. Exploring the Ring of Kerry, on your doorstep, the Dingle Peninsula and Killarney are all possible. Shop and restaurant 1.5 miles, pub 2 miles.

All on ground floor: Living/dining room/kitchen. 3 bedrooms: 2 double, 1 with en-suite shower room and toilet, 1 with additional single, 1 single. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.

Open fire in living room (initial fuel included). Oil central heating by meter reading. Electricity €20per week. Bed linen and towels included. Video. DVD. Stereo/CD. Microwave. Washing machine. Dishwasher. Freezer. Enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Ample parking.

  1. Absolutely lovely place. The accommodation is top class and the views are splendid. Would recommend a drive out to the more remote Glencar region and a visit to the Glencar Hotel. Go off the main Ring of Kerry road just about opposite to the Red Fox Pub. Sept 2012.
  2. Good view, unless you are happy to spend time on the beach be prepared to drive a lot - the Ring of Kerry is beautiful. Expensive on the electric. Sept 2012.
  3. What a wonderful setting - large picture window gives great views of the bay and across to Dingle. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc, washing machine and Dishwasher. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms a good size. Plenty of towels supplied. When we picked up the keys, we were shown to the property and given a guided tour - what great friendly service. A short walk to Kells Gardens and slightly longer to a cafe and small shop on the main road. Caitins (a short drive away) has a great atmosphere and serves fab food. If you like walking would recommend the Gap Of Dunloe, ignore the pony traps and follow the road through on foot - very picturesque. Aug 2011.

The beach is within walking distance and the B and B ,which is also run by the owners, sells chips, saussages and other food and drink throughout the day.   17. We found all the people living nearby, and the owners, absolutely charming. There is a lovely lobster fisherman who will sell you a lobster at a reasonable price. Where you turn left to reach the property in Kells Bay, carry on straight instead, he is just a few yards along the road. March 2009.

  19. The cottage was simply stunning. The location on a hillside overlooking the bay and mountains was so beautiful and the design of the cottage with large windows made the most of this. The quality of the fittings and furniture made this an outstanding cottage. We all thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Kells Bay. The Kerry weather was typical of such an area and was expected. It is just a matter of being prepared with raincoats and umbrellas. There are usually lots of bright spots throughout the day. July 2009.
