Property Description

This cosy, spacious and traditional cottage is situated in the heart of the village of Bradwell. It has been furnished to a very good standard and offers an excellent base for walking, cycling or just relaxing. Bradwell village boasts a thriving high street of shops including the famous Bradwell Ice Cream shop, a family run fish and chip shop, bakery, coffee house and small supermarket. There are four pubs in the village to suit every taste, all providing food and most allowing children, dogs and muddy boots. A huge range of superb walks are in Bradwell and the surrounding area, including a very popular walk direct from Bradwell to Castleton a must see village at any time of the year. There are excellent transport links to and from the village with Hope Rail Station only minutes away, being on the direct line for Manchester and Sheffield.
The cottage enjoys a TV with Free view, a DVD player and a games console with a good selection of DVD’s books and tables games for the family. Dogs are particularly welcome, with doggy bowls provided and a treat pack to ensure they don’t miss out on all the fun!

Ground Floor: The property has gas central heating throughout. There is slate flooring in the lounge, kitchen and bathroom all with under floor heating.
Lounge: With flat screen TV with built in DVD player and radio, multi fuel stove, free view and X box console.
Kitchen/Diner: With electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and table with four chairs.
Family Bathroom: With shower over bath, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail.

First Floor: Bedroom 1: With king size bed
Bedroom 2: With twin beds

All background heating, power, towels and bed linen included. Welcome pack on arrival.Outside space: Seating area to the front of the cottage, secure for dogs. There is a detached patio/garden from the cottage with seating, it is 3rd in a row of gardens.
On street parking opposite the cottage. One/two dogs allowed downstairs. Welcome pack upon arrival.

If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately..
