Customer Comments

Selected comment(s) from customers who have enjoyed staying at this property:
  1. the house was very well equipped, and the owner was extremely helpful and left us with the feeling that nothing would be to much trouble for her. Oct 2011.
  2. Plenty of space for 7 adults and a small dog, very well equipped and perfect location for exploring Wales. The only TINY negative is the lounge is quite small for a large amount of adults when you are all trying to watch a DVD for example. Lovely back garden and the games room with mini fridge was a pure treat. Nov 2011.
  3. Good situation, near shops. Smashing garden area, safe and enclosed for the dogs/children. Smallish living/dining areas. Beautiful bedrooms and linen. April 2011.
  4. The bedrooms in this property were spacious and the bathroom beautiful. Aug 2010.
  5. Property was ideal for our family in a very friendly village. Gamesroom was a bonus and the garden was a good size and well kept. June 2010.
  6. As advertised - no nasty surprises. Everything was well laid out - beds were very comforatble and linens were excellent. We would stay in this house again if in the area. Mar 2010.
  7. A lovely cottage with everything provided you could possibly ask for. A lovely warm welcome from the owner to us humans and the dogs. Would happily recommend to anyone. Oct 2009
  8. The cottage exceeded all of our expectations, it was a fantastic place, everything about it had the wow factor. Could not have asked for anything more. July 2009.
  9. The bedrooms were good. The bathrooms were good. The garden was lovely. The games room in the outbuilding was very popular! Aug 2009.
  10. This place was truly a home from home, it was perfect. July 2009.
  11. Presteigne villagers very friendly. Lovely town and tourist attractions very easy to get to. Dogs extremely welcome where ever we went - even inside a church!! House was goood base to travel to other towns. Beautiful part of Wales/England - would like to go again as did not get chance to see all there was. March 2008.
  12. Good value, lovely and clean, good walks and lots of pubs. Nov 2008.
  13. The games room was excellent everyone kids and adults made good use of it, we want it transported to our house! The owner was very knowledgable and very helpful even when we had an unexpected power failure, she came to check if we were OK. We have recommended the house to our neighbours who are looking to book it for next year. This Owner really looks after you and the Wine and pint of milk on your arrival was a nice touch. It is an excellent house for 2 families wanting to share the costs and great value for money. Aug 2007.
  14. Holiday was for my 40th birthday, with people coming from North and South of England. It was a perfect location for that, catered for every level of walker, and the house was great. We never had 10 people all at one time though, and I could imagine the dining area might be quite small if you wanted to fit everyone round the table at once. Apart from that: excellent all round. Sept 2006.
  15. Accommodation was better than expected more spacious than brochure showed, exceptionally friendly area. April 2006.
