This well presented two bedroom terraced cottage is set in a small village in the Snowdonia National Park with a lake to the rear of the property. There are stunning views from the holiday cottage across the mountains and lake. There are many fantastic mountain walks and also a walk around the lake as well as fishing in the lake. With Beddgelert only 10 miles away and Porthmadog and the Italianate village of Portmeirion is 15 miles away. Mount Snowdon and many other mountains in the range are all close at hand for those wishing to climb them. Also available are riding, cycling, bird watching, golf and fishing. Shop 3 miles, pub and restaurant 4 miles.

Ground floor: Living room with slate floor. Dining room. Kitchen. Separate toilet. First floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.

Open fire in living room (no fuel provided). Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Satellite TV. DVD and small library. Electric oven. Microwave. Washing machine. Freezer. Enclosed garden with patio and furniture. Portable barbecue. On road parking. No smoking. NB: Lake 400 yards.

  17. This cottage is in a fantastic location! Perfectly situated to explore Snowdon and its surrounding mountains and villages, as well as being ideal to visit the Lleyn Peninsula and Caernarfon. The cottage itself was lovely, beautiful views, and had everything you need inside to relax after a good days walking in the hills. Feb 2008.
