Situated on the edge of this attractive Eden Valley sandstone village, it is surrounded by good walking and cycle routes. An excellent base for exploring the highlights of northern England as the Lakes, Northumbria, Scottish Borders and the Yorkshire Dales are all easily accessible. Shop within 1 mile, pubs 200 metres.

Ground floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 double (5ft), 1 twin. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet. First floor: Living room with patio door/dining room/kitchen with beams.

Gas woodburner in living room included. Oil central heating, electricity, gas, bed linen and towels included. Travel cot. High chair. DVD. Gas hob. Double electric oven. Microwave. Washer/dryer. Dishwasher. Freezer. Small terraced garden with patio and furniture. Balcony and furniture. Barbecue. Parking (2 cars). No smoking. Friday to Friday.

  1. A lovely presented upside down house in a quiet village location in a beautiful area of the country. A local shop and two pubs serving food are a very short walk away from the property. I would highly recommend this property. Oct 2012.
  2. A very well placed property with lovely open outlook. The upstairs open plan lounge/diner/kitchen was very spacious and good layout, and the balcony allowed us to enjoy the panoramic views. The Featherstone Pub did very good quality meals (and huge portions!). The lane outside meant no noisy passing traffic. You wake up to the sound of bird song. A lovely house and would recommend it. June 2012.
  3. Incy Bella is a hidden gem. Beautiful cottage in a beautiful location. Took the kids fishing on the river, went on the steamer down Ulswater, visited Keswick and the Derwent water. First time in the Lake district, look forward to visiting it again. As always, holiday not long enough! April 2012.
  4. This lovely cottage had EVERYTHING you could ever need. Spotless, comfortable and well thought out. The Eden Valley is a great area for walking and the local pubs served good food. One of the best corrage holidays we have had. March 2012.

  6. This was our second stay at Incy Bella and it won’t be our last! It’s a lovely house in an excellent location and it’s extremely warm and comfortable. Great for touring and visiting a host of interesting plaes. We travelled north into the Scottish borders and western Northumberland, west into the Lake District, east into the Yorkshire and Durham Dales and south into northern Lancashire - brilliant!   10. What a truly lovely little cottage, in a beautiful little village....very Greendale from Postman Pat! The owners have excelled in making the very best of holiday homes when they renovated this property from the garage holding it once was. The cottage is kitted out with everything you could possibly need, and the little personal touches left by Mike and Susan are very touching!   16. Loved the open plan living room/kitchen and the balcony and barbecue were a real bonus as the weather was really nice for September. The best thing for us was the location - only a two minute walk from 2 pubs (the Featherstone Arms was brilliant), a short walk to the Co-Op and a short drive to Penrith. Will definitely recommend the cottage to our friends and hope to come back again ourselves very soon! Sep 2010.
