In a very convenient location, close to the centre of the beautiful historic town of Chichester along a residential road with its own parking, Hunsters makes a perfect destination for discovering the many attractions within the area. Having been lovingly refurbished throughout, this attractive property has been interior designed using extremely good standards of furnishings, carefully co-ordinated to create a warm and homely ambience. Within 5 minutes walk, you can be in the heart of Chichester, with pedestrianised shopping, plentiful restaurants, pubs and cafés. Also nearby is the leisure centre with gym and indoor pool, cinema complex and festival theatre and Goodwood and Fontwell races. Within easy reach are West Wittering beach (10 minutes drive), the picturesque sailing village of Bosham, Arundel with its historic castle, antique shops and Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust, Pagham Nature Reserve, nautical Portsmouth with Spinnaker Tower, extensive shopping with designer outlets, waterside dining, day trips to the Isle of Wight and HMS Victory and Mary Rose. The glorious South Downs - excellent for walkers, harbour tours, golf, sailing and cycling can all be enjoyed locally. NT Homes such as Goodwood House, Uppark, Weald and Downland Museum, Petworth House West Dean Gardens are worthy of a visit. Also within driving distance are bustling Brighton and Worthing.   1. House excellent - clean, modern, well furnished, nicely decorated and well equipped. Really nice base for a good holiday. Nice sun trap of a patio garden. On a relatively busy street, no lock on garden gate so maybe not ideal for younger kids. Only 5 mins walk to city centre. Excellent location for exploring the region - only managed to scratch the surface on our one week stay so will have to return to explore some more! July 2012.

  3. Comfortable property with all mod cons. Appreciated the welcome bottle of fine wine, biscuits and milk. There is a bus into town if you don’t want to walk (10 minutes). Great location for activities (shopping in Chichester, beach at West Wittering, Roman mosaics at Fishbourne, and sweet village of Bosham with good pub Angel Bleu, NT properties. Easy access in and out of Chichester. Tesco supermarket 10 minutes’ walk away. April 2012.

  6. The property was in a good location, convenient for the town and easy to get to from the main road. It was spacious and well decorated, and it was well supplied with utensils, crockery and pans, etc. It also had some extras which we appreciated such as a small library of books and DVDs, and internet access. The TV was a good size. We enjoyed the shower as it had good water pressure. March 2010.

  9. The rooms were all equipped to a high standard, clean and homely. We loved the comfortable sofa in the front room and the kitchen was well set out and easy to use. It was very handy to be so close to Chichester. Nov 2009.

  11. Both bedrooms are a comfortable size, however there is not a six foot bed as described in the brochure. This is our second visit to this property as we enjoyed our first visit. The patio is great if the weather is good. The kitchen is very well equiped. We felt that the sofas are beginning to show signs of wear. Overall the property is a comfortable base for exploring the area. Nov 2009.
