Set in a peaceful rural location, less than 2 miles to the beautiful beach at Praa Sands, they are ideally placed for exploring the dramatic Cornish coastline and countryside, and the many tourist attractions that this area has to offer. The family theme park at Flambards, St Michaels Mount, Land’s End, and the quaint fishing ports of Newlyn and Mousehole are all within easy reach. Visitors can also enjoy wonderful coastal walks along the Lizard Peninsula. Porthleven approx 31/2 miles with shop. Local shop with basic provisions approx 1 mile, pub ½ mile.

Ground floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 double (four poster), 1 twin. Bathroom with shower over jacuzzi bath and toilet. First floor: Living/dining room with wooden floor/kitchen with slate floor.

  9. The property have been renovated to a high standard. Although the bedrooms were a little on the small side you had everything you needed. The kitchen and living area more than made up for this. The bedrooms are all on the ground floor together with the more the spacious bathroom. Lots of outside space although the weather meant we could not make use of this. It rained! Aug 2009.
  10. First class accommodation. The owner could not have been more welcoming, friendly, approachable and helpful. The location of the accommodation was ideal for touring, walking and eating out. Also ideal situation for our dog as he had his own bit of garden well away from any main roads. June 2008.
  11. We were met by the owners who gave us tea before we unpacked to relax us after a long journey. They briefed us on the local facilities and areas of beauty. This was our first visit to Cornwall and the reception we got from all the local people was excellent. The accommodation was as the brochure stated five star and more. March 2008.
