Property Description

Hollies Cottage is a charming, cosy, stone holiday cottage full of period features including exposed beams, a woodburner and spiral staircase. Set in a quiet area within the village of Draycott. Only 1½ miles from Cheddar, famed for its gorge and caves, as well as numerous pubs and restaurants. Suitable for either active breaks with walking on the Mendip Hills and the wildlife of the Somerset Levels, or just to relax in comfort. Close by is the cathedral city of Wells 5½ miles, Weston-super-Mare 15 miles; Glastonbury 11 miles, Bath and Bristol less than 50 minutes away. Shop and pub 300 yards.

2 steps to entrance. Ground floor: Living/dining room with double sofa bed (for children). 3 steps down to kitchen. Open-tread spiral stairs to first floor: 1 double bedroom with beams and en-suite shower room with toilet.

Woodburner in living room (initial fuel included). Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Cot and high chair on request. Digital TV. Stereo/CD. Electric cooker. Microwave. Use of owners’ washing machine by arrangement. Bench at front of property. Parking (1 car). No smoking.
