Property Description

Situated less than 200 metres from the beach, these houses lie along a village road, close to Elmer Village and within half a mile along the beach of an area of outstanding natural beauty which stretches several miles from Elmer to Littlehampton. The beaches in this area remain quiet, even during the busiest summer periods and are ideal for swimming, windsurfing, sailing, fishing and walking. For people who would like more entertainment, Bognor Regis and Littlehampton are close by and provide various themed attractions. Elmer is in an ideal location to explore many of the attractions of the south coast from bustling Brighton to the east, to historic Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight to the west. In between there are beautiful places such as Chichester with its ancient cathedral and Festival Theatre, quaint Arundel with its castle and antique shops, Goodwood and Fontwell race courses and the beautiful South Downs close by. Both Hi-Tide (ref 23037 and painted yellow), and Lo-Tide (ref 23038 and painted blue), have been architect designed to give a beachy, open plan atmosphere. Shop, pub and restaurant 200 yards.

  11. The welcome was warm and personal. The cottage was fully equipped not only for our personal use but we were also able to entertain relatives who live nearby. Location was near to sea but also convenient for travel. Warm, cosy, airy...what more can I say...we went in winter and it was faultless...would love to return in summer. Nov 2010.

  14. Hi Tide was in a very nice position, near the sea and shops. Weather was awful so did stay in more than normal but found cottage had every convenience. Nov 2010.
  15. Comprehensively equipped for a really good holiday. Beautiful airy and clean house, modern and well thought out. Garden is fully and properly enclosed suitable for dog owners - or small children. A beautiful private beach is just yards away. What’s NOT to like - we hate leaving! June 2010.
