1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

This picturesque three bedroomed farm cottage has beautiful views across open fields. The holiday cottage has a large, farmhouse style kitchen and an attractive conservatory which enjoys lovely views over a well stocked garden and beyond over open farmland. The market town of Warminster is nearby, where the countryside to the south has been officially designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The many open spaces provide excellent opportunities for cyclists, ramblers, horseriders and hang-gliders. Longleat, Stonehenge, Bath and Glastonbury are within easy driving distance. Shop, pub and restaurant 2.5 miles.

Ground floor: Living room with patio doors. Dining room/kitchen with French doors. Conservatory. Utility room. 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room and toilet. Separate toilet. First floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 double with additional single, 1 twin. Bathroom with toilet.

Oil central heating included (£25per week October-March). Electricity, bed linen and towels included. Cot. DVD. CD. Electric Range. Microwave. Washing machine. Dishwasher. Enclosed patio and furniture. Portable barbecue. Parking (3 cars). No smoking.

  1. Our second stay in this property and it lived up to all our expectations. Peaceful, well appointed and well placed for tourist attractions. Excellent food at the "Woolpack" in Beckington, "King Alfred’s Kitchen" in Shaftesbury and the "Farmers’ Hotel" in Warminster. Bargains to be found in Dent’s factory shop. We plan to return in 2013. Sept 2012.
  2. Lovely relaxing holiday, very spacious house with a large conservatory leading onto the garden (with visiting chickens!). Close to Warminster with ample supermarkets. June 2012.
  3. The cottage is in a very rural situation and located on a farm. There are free range chickens and ducks that wander on to the property which our family loved. The cottage itself is surprisingly spacious especially the bedrooms. It is fully equipped with most things for the enthusiastic cook! You can buy fresh eggs from the owner. You are very central to visiting Salisbury, Bath and Longleat. We had a lovely Christmas there and would not hesitate to recommend this house. Dec 2011.
  4. Great quiet location, the cottage is very big, spacious yet has a great family atmosphere. We had 4 adults and 3 kids in the cottage and it was ideal. The house was nice and cosy in the evening and mornings. The owners were great, close by if anything needed but never intruded. To summarise, amazing, well worth a stay. Oct 2011.
  5. A lovely cottage in lovely location. Very spacious and clean. One problem we did come across was the timings for hot water especially as we were 5 adults. Could do with just putting in the cottage guidebook what times every day the hot water comes on etc. Other than that a lovely place, nice and peaceful at night, plenty of room for us adults and little kids to spread out. In the right spot for visiting all the attractions, Stonehenge, Lacock, Bath etc. Aug 2011.
  6. A good location for Longleat, Cheddar Gorge, Bath and Salisbury. Very rural location. Very comfortable cottage for our party of 6. Secure back garden, although the chickens and ducks could come to visit quite freely, which the children loved. The ducks even knocked on the conservatory door when they knew we were home. May 2011.
  7. Situated on a farm, our kids got up close with a foal, some lambs and plenty of chickens. This really was a home from home and we are looking forward to another visit in future. A well stocked kitchen meant cooking was a breeze and the beds were very comfy. Close to Longleat, Wookey Hole and Peppa Pig World - so great for families! April 2011.

  15. This is the best ever cottage we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in a lot!. It really is home from home. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need for a holiday. It is a very cosy and peaceful setting. The children loved the free range hens in the garden and they all gave a thumbs up for their rooms. Overall this is a place we would quite happily stay at again. Oct 2009.
