1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

Occupying a quiet position in a gated mews, in the heart of West Kensington, this cosy, first floor holiday apartment has been converted from part of a former stable block and is ideally positioned for a visit to the capital city. Olympia Exhibition Centre and Kensington High Street are within easy walking distance, as well as several pubs and restaurants. There are regular bus and underground services giving easy access to all parts of London, making this an ideal base for exploring its wealth of museums, galleries, historic buildings and vast array of attractions. Shops 100 yards.

  3. We have stayed here 3 times and would expect to continue to do so for years to come. The ability to park the car securely and have very comfortable accommodation so conveniently situated will, I fear be impossible to replace. OK there was a lot of building going on next door but the men were very helpful, and we had been adequately warned ahead of time. The flat wants for nothing, though perhaps getting a little dated, though that wouldn’t put us off, ever. May 2012.
  4. Excellent property just a short walk from the Olympia station. The owners are extremely considerate and have equipped the apartment to the highest standard. The dishwasher came in handy for four of us too. Perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of Central London, it made for the most relaxed city holiday that we have ever had! August 2011.
  5. We found it more convenient to use Barons Court tube (10- 15 min walk), rather than Kensington Olympia round the corner where the trains only run 3 times per hour. August 2011.
  6. The property was very well equipped, particularly if you plan to self-cater. Off street parking in London was a bonus. June 2011.
  7. This was a very well furnished property and great value for the money. It was more spacious than we expected given the photos we saw. Because we had rather cold and sometimes rainy weather, the property was a bit cold at times due to the heat not being on. The only downside was the London Underground closed the nearest Kensington (Olympia) station all weekend. But we discovered the #9 and #10 buses which got us to wherever we wanted to go...an actual destination or a tube stop. We found getting a 7 day Travel Card good on all buses and tubes to be an excellent value and very convenient. If we ever make it back to London, we’d probably stay at this property again. June 2011.
  8. I used this property as a base whilst attending an exhibition at Olympia. It was ideal. Everything was very clean and so well equipped. March 2011.
  9. We have stayed in this lovely gated Mews twice now. It is very comfortable and extremely spacious. There’s a garage so you can save on train fares up to London, and it’s outside the congestion zone. The location is fantastic. It’s so handy for both Underground and buses. We also loved how the original "fittings" were still there in the stable. Would highly recommend. March 2011.
