1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

Property Description

This detached holiday cottage has distant sea views and a decked patio garden. It is within walking distance of the coast, local amenities, and attractions such as Tintagel Castle and the Museum of Witchcraft. The sandy beach at Trebarwith Strand has rock pools and the waves make great surfing. Other nearby beaches include Rock and Polzeath and the cottage is ideally situated to visit the north coast and its attractions. Walk the coastal path, cycle the Camel Trail, visit the pretty harbour of Port Isaac, the Eden Project or eat at Rick Stein’s famous fish restaurant in Padstow. Shops and pubs 165 yards.

  1. Prperty excellently equipped, well located and ample room for four - it would be OK for a party of six. It’s best to reverse on to the driveway as reversing out on to the road suffers from a very poor view. If you’re self cooking, there are two very fair local stores just a couple of hundred yards away. If you’re eating out, there are two good chippies and about half a dozen eateries to choose from. Sept 2012.

  4. Hazel Cottage was a nice surprise... it was bright and welcoming... even though the weather outside was horrible most of the time we were warm and cosy inside ... We had everything we needed and were satisfied... there was only one downfall I could think of and that was the absence of a vacuum cleaner it would have been easier than the dustpan and brush... a big ’THANK YOU’ to everyone!   6. This is a beautiful cottage, equipped with everything a family would need to enjoy their holiday. It was spotlessly clean, had good information booklets, leaflets about attractions in the local area, and was situated only a couple of hundred yards from the high street. The garden and decked area was ideal for summer evenings and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. It much exceeded all our expectations! July 2011.
  7. Hazel Cottage is very comfortable and ideally placed for touring North Cornwall. It is on a mildly busy road and just has a small patio garden, but you don’t really need much more if you are out every day!! I would definitely recommend Hazel cottage and North Cornwall for a holiday. May 2011.
