  1. Very nice property. Well equipped. Lovely quiet rural location with interesting wildlife. Dogs welcome, and house very suitable for them, but off-lead walks from the house limited as surrounded by crop fields and private pheasant-shooting woods. Extremely friendly and helpful owners living next door. Property within easy access by car of both north and east coasts, and the Broads. June 2012.

  7. Excellent property and beautiful grounds, ideal central base, 20 minutes to Cromer and nice beaches, 50 minutes to Great Yarmouth, 10 minutes to north Walsham shops, lots to do within a short drive for the kids or you could just relax in the huge garden. July 2011.

  9. Harvest Barn is finished to a very high standard, with top quality appliances. It’s situated in a quiet position but is very close to North Walsham enabling visitors to access services of the town. The grounds from the back were wonderful, especially for the dogs and it was a great bonus to see the amount of wildlife close up. Oct 2010.
