Just across the road from a sandy beach, close to local shops and bars, this attractive first floor apartment is perfectly situated to enjoy all the attractions of the lively resort of St. Raphaël, with its colourful pavement cafés and shady squares. Set in a modern building, it is attractively furnished with a touch of Oriental style, and enjoys a balcony overlooking the shared swimming pool, with a glimpse of the sea to one side. St. Raphaël has sandy beaches, palm trees, a buzzing nightlife and bustling evening markets along the promenade, as well as a waterworld. Nearby is St. Tropez, with beaches and pretty harbour lined with artists, while Cannes has designer boutiques and magnificent summer firework displays.

  1. The property was ideally situated and in a pleasant secure setting. The apartment was spacious and whilst it was not dirty the kitchen would benefit from a deep clean. It was well equipped with everything you needed for a comfortable stay.A quiet apartment with good views over the pool. We paid an additional 30 euros for bed linen, towels and tea towels which again were clean but very tired. The under blanket on the bed had holes in it. Sept 2012.
  2. The apartment was in an excellent position in a quiet residential area very close to beach but without a car it is a long walk to the shops. June 2010.
  3. Well presented apartment, obviously used also by the owners, as there were many ’personal’ touches. May 2010.
  4. We enjoyed the location of the property with its views from the balcony overlooking the pool and surrounding villas surrounded by trees. The property was spacious for 2 people and had all the amenities expected. We arrived by TGV, and local taxis and buses made traveling about easy. The local village of Boulerais San Mer, a twenty minute walk away had beach side restaurants, shops and a railway station making day trips to Cannes, Nice easy. June 2009.
  5. A residence of about 50 apartments mainly owned by individual families. The pool was never too busy. The balcony complete with adjustable blinds allowed you to sit out during the day in comfort. June 2009.
