Set on the edge of Seaton, this detached town house is in a superb location to enjoy walks along the South West Coastal Footpath (Jurassic Coast including Lyme Regis, 5 miles, Beer and Branscombe). Within walking distance are shops and restaurants, and only 100 yards is the beach. The quaint harbour is a stone’s throw away. There are opportunities for fishing, sailing, windsurfing, fossil hunting, bird watching and golf. Take a trip on the electric tramway from Seaton, through the Axe and Coly Valleys. The resort is close to tourist attractions including the Donkey Sanctuary 7 miles, Sidmouth 7 miles and Exeter 14 miles with its wonderful cathedral. Selection of board games is available at the property. Shop, pub and restaurant 100 yards.

Ground floor: Living/dining room. Kitchen. Open-tread stairs to first floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 double with additional Z-bed (for child), 1 single. Shower room with toilet.

Gas central heating, gas and electricity included (£20per week, £10 per short break October-April). Bed linen and towels included. Three Freeview TVs. Video. DVDs and small library. Gas cooker. Microwave. Washing machine. Dishwasher. Patio and furniture. Parking (2 cars). No smoking.

  5. Convenient for the beach and amenities - don’t have to use the car if don’t want to. Excellent bus services along the Devon/Dorset coast and plenty of good walks to Beer and Lyme Regis. Our 9 year old thoroughly enjoyed himself, in particular the crabbing and looking around the rock pools at Seaton Hole. The Cottage was very clean and the owners were there to greet us and answer any queries and offer advice on the local area, very helpfull. We had a superb holiday helped by the fact we had great weather. Aug 2010.
