1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

This three storey semi-detached Victorian seaside house stands on a hillside in Barmouth village overlooking the owner’s renowned pub/restaurant, the pretty harbour and Snowdonia mountains beyond. Renovated to a modern style whilst retaining its character including a large inglenook fireplace, wood burner and beamed ceiling. Barmouth boasts a very large beach, pleasant shops, boat and fishing trips, sailing and wonderful scenic hill walks to the beautiful Mawddach Estuary described as one of the sublime views in Europe. There are castles, golf courses, tourist railways, museums, slate caverns, dry ski slopes at Llandudno and much more all close by. Shop 50 yards, pub and restaurant 20 yards.

Ground floor: Living room. Dining room/kitchen. First floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin. Bathroom with toilet. Second floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin. Bathroom with bath, shower cubicle and toilet.

Woodburner in living room (initial fuel included). Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Cot. Satellite TV. Video. Stereo. Microwave. Washing machine. Patio and furniture. On road parking (300 yards).

  4. We were astounded by the beauty of Barmouth, it is great for families. The property had a perfect location and made it so easy to take the dogs on holiday! The house was perfect for our party of 8 adults and one infant, enough room and had everything we needed. The only drawback is the stairs outside to get to the property, not ideal with children or elderly, but we would not let that stop us booking again. July 2009.
  5. The house was everything we hoped for, plenty to see and do in the local area, and the owners restaurant "The Last Inn" has wonderful food and views. Fantastic location, clean and tidy, plenty of room. June 2009.

  9. We had a lovely holiday, the log burner and inglenook fireplace were a delight during Christmas. Long walks on the beach and roaring fires were fabulous. The lounge had Christmas decorations and tree, plenty of logs and the house was full of charm and character. I loved this place. Dec 2008.

  12. The view of the harbour from the twin bedroom window was wonderful. The location of the property is excellent with the friendly owner being on-hand for anything that you need. The pub below the property has a lovely atmosphere and is very convenient for food if you do not wish to cook all the time. We would stay at this property again. Nov 2007.
