Nestling in the heart of the historic port of Watchet is this smart top floor apartment with views over the harbour, town and sea, and between Exmoor National Park and the Quantock Hills (an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty). Enjoy the marina, museum and Tropiquaria, go to sea for a day’s fishing, or take a nostalgic trip on the West Somerset Steam Railway which has a station in Watchet. The beach at Blue Anchor is a fine place for swimming, angling and walking, or just relaxing, and a few miles along the coast Minehead is a popular family resort with many fun attractions; Minehead’s Somerwest World and Dunster’s medieval castle, Deer Park and much more. Shops, pub and restaurant 100 yards.

  1. Although the first look from outside isnt very pretty, the flat is great. Equipped with everything for a holiday is needed. A very good base for tours in the Exmoor. Our favourite is the walk from Withypool to Tarr Stepps and back. March 2012.
  2. Have rented many places, but this flat makes the owner a credit to the holiday lets business. Excellent value for money and really well equipped and comfortable. Watchet is also a terrific centre for exploring the Quantocks, Exmoor and the Devon & Somerset coastline. Oct 2011.
  3. A comfortable top floor apartment with modern furnishings and a well equipped kitchen. Very well situated near to the harbour and the friendly pubs and restaurants of Watchet. The flats garage near by was very useful particularly for families and to allow free parking at busy times. April 2011.

  10. The locality of flat in village very central and near to the coastal path to Minehead and further, and good local bus service, its a must to try the West Sommerset railway line, Bristol channel pit murky for swimming. July 2009.

  12. Property is in a great location amongst the local amenities and attractions and the car park is just across the road. The flat was furnished and cleaned to a very high standard and far exceeded our expectations. The pictures do not do the property justice. The owner was also friendly, helpful and informative.
