Leek has shops, cafes and eateries, and Rudyard Lake, which also has a steam railway, are both 3 miles away. Further afield are Alton Towers, the Potteries and Chatsworth. Shop and restaurant 3 miles, pub 1 mile.

  5. We found it really good value for money. And the place is very nice. One suggestion - to have the name of the farm displayed on both sides of the entrance. It cannot be seen when coming from Leek’s side. Feb 2012.
  6. Booked this last minute for a 40th Birthday family get together and it did not disappoint. The reality of Gunside Farm Annexe is far superior to the photos shown on the website. This is not really an Annexe but part of the main farmhouse, full of character with four super double bedrooms. Fantastic value for money and a helpful owner (a bit tricky to find but worth the trouble!). Feb 2012.
