Recently refurbished, this delightful holiday home offers a warm and cosy welcome, with the advantage of a wood burning stove in the lounge. Situated in it’s own grounds with off road parking, Gruskham has excellent footpath walks direct from the door.

Ground Floor: Property has electric night storage heaters and electric convector heaters and comprises:
Large Entrance Porch
Lounge/Diner: With wood burning stove (Initial supply of fuel only), TV, DVD, Freeview package, radio station can be accessed through TV channels and CD’s can be played through DVD.
Kitchen: With electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge with ice making compartment.
Bathroom: With Victorian bath, separate shower (no cubicle, wet room style open shower), WC, wash basin, shaver point and electric heater.
Utility Room: With sink and washing machine and is ideal for storing bikes, muddy boots, coats etc.

First Floor: Bedroom 1: With double bed.
Bedroom 2: With twin beds.
Bedroom 3: With single bed.

All fuel, power, bed linen and towels included. 2 well behaved dogs welcome.Large garden and pebbled patio areas with garden benches. Ample off road parking.
Accessed by unmade farm track through moorland where livestock graze, mainly sheep and horses.
