3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

Idyllic country cottages converted from a 17th-century farmhouse

This row of holiday cottages has been created from a lovely old stone farmhouse, on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. In a quiet village near Skipton, with beautiful views across the valley to Bolton Abbey, with its ruined priory and woodland walks. All the cottages are beautifully appointed and well equipped, with individual character, original features, pine furniture and pretty fabrics all enhance their old-world charm. Garden Cottage is second in the row of three, with flagged kitchen floor, exposed beams, marble fireplace and old plaster mouldings. Grange Farm House is an end of the row house, with beams aplenty, recessed panelled and shuttered windows and old stone work. Delph House forms the left hand side of Grange Farm Cottages and enjoys exposed beams. Enjoy a visit to the home of the Brontës at Haworth, 12 miles. Or go back in time and ride on the steam trains of the Yorkshire Dales Railway, 3 miles, or the Worth Valley Railway, 12 miles. Skipton is home to a medieval castle, a choice of shops, pubs and restaurants and boat trips down the 200-year-old Leeds and Liverpool Canal. There is some excellent walking to be enjoyed locally, just a few miles from the Pennine Way.

This property is close to the 2014 Tour de France route, come and experience the spectacular scenery for yourself and follow in the trail of some true cycling legends.

Ground floor: Living/dining room. Kitchen with stone flagged floor. 1 double bedroom. First floor: 4 bedrooms: 2 double (one four poster), 2 twin. 2 bathrooms with shower over bath and toilet. Beams throughout.

Woodburner in living room (initial fuel included). NSH, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Dishwasher. Fridge/freezer. Garden furniture. Ample parking.

  1. The property was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen equipment was good. The only house comment I would make is that the 2 toilets were upstairs. It would have been easier with young children to have one downstairs. However, in this property I do not know how this could be done. The conversion had been done very well. In the shower in one of the bathrooms with a half curtain, it was difficult not to get water on the floor. Aug 2012.
  2. Used for our family gathering of all ages, accommodation was very comfortable and well-looked after. We appreciated the leaflets for local attractions, and added to them ourselves. Any chance of asking the neighbour over the road to cut down some of his saplings so that visitors could appreciate the wonderful view from the cottage?! July 2012.
