1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

Property Description

Once a working grain store for the adjacent mill, this lovingly restored, detached holiday property exudes charm and character. Boasting a large enclosed landscaped garden, it is set in a conservation area on the banks of the mill pool with the River Waveney just 100 yards or so away. The historic market town of Bungay offers a castle, pubs, restaurants and shops within a half-mile walk. Norwich, the Suffolk coast, the Broads and an RSPB sanctuary all about 15 miles. Shop 1/2 mile.

  3. Granary house is very lovley cottage, with a modest enclosed garden and is close to the town centre of Bungay. It has a lovely river running beside it. It is close to places like Norwich and the historical town of Beccles and the seaside towns of Lowestoft and Southwold. The property it self is very clean and warm with comfortable beds and very comfortable sofas down stairs. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for day to day cooking and the land lady is always contactable if you need any assistance. Dec 2011.

The Granary was very comfortable and pleasantly situated, we found the only thing missing was a street map of Bungay to find our way around but after 3 or 4 days we found most of our requirements. The weather was lovely (only 2 rainy days, pretty good for England) and we went to some lovely places. We would recommend Sandringham, no admittance into the grounds, where you can have a picnic, exercise your dogs, walk round, all for free. We would also recommend Oulton Broad for a lovely one & a half hours to two hours tour around the Suffolk Broads. All in all a lovely holiday. Sept 2011.

  6. The house was very nice, with just a short walk to the shops.Its away from the main town but not too far.The garden is very nice and well enclosed with a patio set and bbq. The river is close by for children to feed ducks. April 2011.
