The second lounge area on the first floor provides a wonderful vantage point to sit and admire the surrounding hills whilst planning the next day’s excursion. There is a contemporary wet room on the ground floor and a large family bathroom on the first floor, with en suite facilities in the principal bedroom.

Lounge: With wood burning stove, Freeview TV and DVD and radio/CD; superb lounge with vaulted ceiling, deep leather sofas and patio doors out to decking area

Second Lounge: With feature staircase leading to large, landing area doubling as second lounge, includes coffee table and chairs, toys and games

All electricity, bed linen and towels included. First supply of logs only for wood burning stove provided.. Travel cot and high chair available.Decked area with BBQ and furniture, additional garden area comprises several unenclosed grassed areas. Maximum of two well behaved pets welcome. Off road parking for two cars.
Please note that a £100 refundable damage deposit is due to be paid direct to the owner 2 weeks prior to arrival by cheque.
