Situated in Appin, surrounded by breathtaking scenery, this delightful single storey holiday villa stands within its own large lawned garden, and boasts spacious accommodation throughout. Set almost midway between Oban and Fort William it is an ideal base from which to explore the beauty of the surrounding area. Walking and cycling are popular activities, with horse riding, boat and cycle hire available locally. Golf courses can be found in Oban, Ballachulish and Fort William. Glen Coe and Fort William offer mountain climbing and walking and skiing in season. Oban (19 miles), offers boat trips to the Islands, including Mull and Iona. Shop, pub and restaurant 3 miles.

All on ground floor: Living room with patio door/dining room/kitchen. 3 bedrooms: 2 double (one 5ft), 1 twin. Bathrooom with toilet. Shower room with toilet.

Open fire in living room (initial fuel included). Electricity heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Video and small library. DVD and small library. Electric cooker. Microwave. Washing machine. Tumble dryer. Dishwasher. Freezer. Lawned garden and furniture. Ample parking. No smoking. NB: There are 3 steps up to the house from the garden.

  20. Glen View is a simply fantastic property for a family holiday. Within easy reach of both Oban and Fort William, you could not be better situated to explore this part of Scotland. Situated on its own plot, there is a good sized garden so the children can burn off the last of their energy at the end of day. Cannot speak highly enough of the preparation of the property, everything was better than we expected!! Aug 2007.
