1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

This well appointed, detached bungalow is in an idyllic area, just one mile from the village on the famed ’Ring of Kerry’.

It boasts a spacious setting with wonderful sea views to the rear and views of the mountains to the front. It has been thoughtfully decorated and well equipped with a sunny lounge and kitchen.

A sandy beach which is popular for wind surfing is only 1 mile away, Dooks Golf Course (18 hole) is a 17 minute drive, horse trekking centre is a 2 minute drive and river fishing is just a short walk. Shop and pub 1 mile.

All on ground floor: Living/dining room. Kitchen with breakfast area. 4 bedrooms: 3 double, two with basin, one with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and toilet. 1 twin with basin. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.

Open fire (initial fuel included). Oil central heating and electricity by meter reading. Bed linen and towels included. Cot. Satellite TV. DVD. Video. Hi-fi. Microwave. Washing machine. Tumble dryer. Dishwasher. Lawned garden with furniture. Ample parking.

  1. Very well appointed bungalow in a superb position with open aspects from the lounge across to the two peninsulas and sea. Great for bird watching in the warm - egrets, shelduck and redshanks only a few yards from the window. Very clean and comfortable and it was lovely to be able to have an open fire when some of the days/evenings turned bad. The owners are really nice and we have long chats with Vera. We love Glenbeigh - our second time at this bungalow. April 2012.

  4. Beautiful place, surrounded by mountains one side and the sea the other - across which was a stunning view of the Dingle Penninsular. The house is very spacious and well equipped (including washing machine, dishwater and entertainment ranging from an upright piano to a blu-ray disc player). Lovely host, was very helpful and friendly. Reasonably remote (that’s a good thing) but a short walk/drive to the village and it’s pubs/restaurants/shops and an even shorter stroll to the river and the sea. Oct 2009.
