Mountain biking and walking in the many natural forest trails, loch and river fishing, climbing hills, kayaking the rivers, photography and pony trekking just to name a few of the many activities this area has to offer. Easy access to Loch Ness and Inverness, the Highland capital. For the less energetic, just sit in the comfort of Glen View, relax, unwind and enjoy the ever changing scenery. Golf 5 miles. Shop and pub 2 miles, restaurant 2.5 miles.

Only thing we would say is take plenty midges repellent as they are relentless apart from that a beautiful cottage lots of space well equipped no need to bring anything from home . had a very relaxed holiday good for bird watching had a surprise visit to the bird table a woodpecker children loved it excellent for our little boy in his wheelchair lots of space only thing that would of made things easier for us would of been a portable hoist for his bath time. Or maybe information on were we might hire one as there is more than enough room to use one. Aug 2012.
  2. Luxurious, spacious and airy cottage full of light. The kitchen works really well and the showers are fantastic. The location is stunning, the views are great and the wildlife is fantastic - we saw a pine marten most nights. All the rooms looked great and were comfortable. Great property. June 2012.
  3. What a marvellous venue for strolling out your back gate into a lovely wooded area complete with meadering lake, little wooden "swing" bridges and freedom for the dogs to run. The house itself offered EVERY comfort we could think of (even providing poo bags for the dogs) and the owners have gone the extra mile to make it a comfortable stay. Highly recommended. April 2012.
