Commanding panoramic views over the bird-inhabited Glaslyn Estuary from the balcony, it is perfectly placed for those who love sea, sand, boats, mountains and steam trains. It is a short walk from the town’s inns, restaurants and craft shops, and the world-famous Ffestiniog Railway is nearby. Portmeirion, the Italianate village and the setting for TV’s The Prisoner, 1 mile. Snowdonia mountain range easily accessible. Magnificent beaches within 3 miles. Criccieth, Harlech and Caernarfon castles within easy driving distance. Most sports available locally. Shop, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.

Shared staircase to entrance. All on second floor: Living room with patio doors/kitchen. 1 double bedroom. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.

  16. Apart from rain on the Friday before we came home the weather was excellent. We ate breakfast on the balcony most mornings, watching the oyster catchers and black headed gulls on the estuary. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately..
