1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

7. Depending on popularity and property availability, this offer may be extended or withdrawn.

Offering spectacular views of Cardigan Bay and the Blue Flag beach, this ground floor studio apartment, part of a Victorian house, sits above the town of Barmouth. Due to its elevated position visitors experience an atmosphere of quiet tranquillity that contrasts the liveliness of the town itself. From the property there are stunning hill and coastal walks along the Mawddach Estuary. Nearby enjoy pubs, restaurants, water sports, fishing, golf, castles and highland railways. Aberystwyth, the liveliest seaside resort in Wales, is within easy driving distance and offers plenty of cultural and entertainment activities and Edwardian and Victorian attractions. The National Library of Wales can be found here, as well as the Aberystwyth Arts Centre and several museums. Shop, pubs and restaurants 300 yards.

Steep steps to entrance. All on ground floor: Living/dining room/kitchen with double bed. Shower room with toilet. Wooden floors throughout.

Gas central heating and electricity £20 July and August, £35per week September-June. Bed linen and towels included. Satellite TV. DVD and small library. CD. Gas hob. Electric oven. Microwave. Washing machine. Dishwasher. Patio area with furniture. Portable barbecue. On road parking 300 yards. No smoking. NB: Restricted vehicle access due to location.

  1. Lovely clean accommodation and a gorgeous view of the beach but the climb to the studio was very steep. As we had the dog with us we did miss not having a garden for her at night and first thing in the morning as it meant physically having to take her for a walk. Locals very friendly it was a shame the weather wasn’t better, but then that’s the british weather, good job we had waterproofs for walking the dog! June 2012
  2. The Studio was beautifully presented,very clean and comfortable. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The narrow hill which leads to the property is steep and should be considered by anyone with mobility issues for whatever reasons, but it does afford superb views over Barmouth. March 2011.

  8. We really enjoyed our stay at ’The Studio’ - excellent views and location. A very quiet place to stay, and we made good use of the outdoor patio. The walk to the Studio was harder work than we expected, but we got used to the steep hill! Not suitable for people who would not want a steep walk each day! Aug 2009.
