1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

This large semi-detached house over three floors has the main living area on the first floor, with a large balcony off the large living room from which you can enjoy the views across Trearddur Bay’s Blue Flag beach. With the beach just yards from the rear of the property, through the garden gate, there are plenty of walks both on the beach and around the coast with Anglesey having a complete coastal path around the island. There are also many activities in the area, with sailing and diving available in the town and stables nearby. Visit Beaumaris with its castle and many restaurants. Also available in the area are fishing, golf and bird watching. Shops 50 yards, pub and restaurant 400 yards.

  2. Glan Y Mor is a great place to stay for large groups. Our Family of 12 have stayed here twice. Shops and restaurants are all close to the house. Having the bedrooms and kitchen downstairs was very helpful, especially for family members with mobility problems. If you are not up to sightseeing the terrace is an excellent spot to sit, relax and look out on the bay at the lovely seaviews. Definitely plan to go back again and would highly recommend. April 2012.
  3. Incredible views from the lounge really make this a special property. Fantastic amount of space for large groups to mingle and have privacy. Wi-fi would be a massive boost to this house and this should be available for free at this price range! Also, we could enjoy the views so much more if there was somewhere to sit on the balcony, criminal! April 2012.

The dogs enjoyed the beach immensely and we were even treated to the tag helicopter and lifeboat on manouvers, which we watched from the balcony. Oct 2011.
  6. A fantastic location and until you arrive you will not believe how good the location is. Lovely big garden, ideal for barbecues and kids playing. The views from the bedrooms are brilliant.   19. Overall the house was brilliant - the views are great! The kitchen facilities (cooker, fridges, freezer, work space, were excellent) and the fact that the big dining table was also here made it very sociable. Having 5 bathrooms helps when there is a big group. Lots of parking and the shop at the end of the drive are also good. Nov 2009.
